How It Works
1. Submit your referral using the form below.
2. If they sign up for CSU services, you get a $100 gift card.
3. We donate $100 to the nonprofit of your choice.

- Eligibility
The program is open to current and past CSU clients, subscribers, or approved contacts. You must be 18+ to participate.
- Qualified Referral
A qualified referral is a business (not an individual consumer) that:- Is not an existing CSU client
- Is not currently in discussions with CSU
- Signs a managed services agreement or other qualifying service plan within 180 days of the referral
- Reward Details
- Referrers will receive a $100 digital gift card once the referred business becomes a qualified client.
- CSU will also make a $100 donation to the nonprofit selected by the referrer at the time of submission.
- Donations will be made to valid U.S.-registered nonprofit organizations. CSU reserves the right to vet and confirm eligibility.
- How to Submit a Referral
All referrals must be submitted through the official form at: csu-it.com/refer.
- Reward Notification
Referrers will be notified via email when their reward is ready. Gift cards and donations are typically issued within 30 days of client activation.
- Multiple Referrals
There is no limit to the number of businesses you can refer. You will receive separate rewards for each qualified client.
- Non-Transferable
Referral rewards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Program Changes
CSU reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
- Fraud Prevention
All referrals are subject to verification. Fraudulent or self-referrals will be disqualified.
